Why get involved with church? To live out God’s call for your life.
You might be able to sing. You might like telling stories. You might be good with figures. You might be able to read in public. Maybe you bake a mean cake or can pour a good cuppa!
Whatever your gifts, God has given them to you. Use them in God’s service!
We especially need at the moment:
- Sunday Club leaders (10:30am and 4:30pm)
- Choir members (particularly sopranos)
- Musicians in the band (guitar, drums, keys, vocals, bass, electric guitar)
Our Home Groups meet on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays each week in someone’s home to study the Bible, prayer and a cuppa!
Our Youth Group meet on Thursdays at 4:45pm.
Our Choir meets each Friday at 7pm in church.
Our Mothers Union meets on the second Thursday of each month at 2:30pm in the church hall.
Our Men’s Fellowship meet for a meal on an evening each quarter.
Our Book Club meets each month in someone’s home as well
Our Food Bank is open every Monday morning
Our Lunch Club meets once a month on a Wednesday lunch time at the Royal Oak
2nd Wednesday meets once a month on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
Please get in touch with Michael if you feel you’re interested in joining any of these groups or feel you could serve in your local parish church.
